Scores
· The questions 1,2,3,4,6,7,11,12,13 are scored as follows: a=4 points, b=3 points, c=2 points, d=1 points
· The questions 5, 8,9,10 and 14 are scored as follows: a=1 points, b=2 points, c=3 points, d=4 points
· The questions 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 are scored as follows: a=4 points, b=3 points, c=2 points, d=1 points
Results
You are more democratic as a leader, .... the closer your points score is to 36 points in the first group, .... the further away your points score is to 20 points in the second group.
You are not scared to make unpopular decisions, .... the closer your points score is to 20 points in the third group of questions.
